T. J. Boyle Associates prepared permit and construction plans for planting and site improvements around the Vermont Building within the Eastern States Exposition, located in West Springfield, MA.  The Master Plan Renovation Project includes an interpretive trail inspired by Vermont's Long Trail System, a rain garden to capture runoff from the building's roof, improvements to the exterior lighting, site signage, and construction of a new stage platform with roof.
