Thayer Commons
Thayer Commons is a high density residential project consisting of 188 Units on an 11.1 acre site on the commercial corridor of North Avenue in Burlington, VT. T.J Boyle Associates provided design services for 3 building on the site and worked successfully with our partners and other design professionals to incorporate a consistent theme in lighting design, site amenities, vehicular/pedestrian circulation, and planting design for the on-site stormwater management system.
