T.J. Boyle Associates provided site design services for the infill and redevelopment of underutilized land in downtown Burlington. This urban project includes a mix of residential and office space, and has been built through a partnership of Housing Vermont, the Champlain Housing Trust, Redstone, and Farrell Real Estate. Services included handrail and hardscape design, landscape design, and lighting design.
