T.J. Boyle have been retained as part of a team to create a masterplan and housing development for the city of Essex, VT. The project is currently in the early stages of program development. The masterplan integrates mixed used developments, recreation, and both public and private community spaces into the existing downtown fabric in order to re-energize the city's core.
